When we receive a completed form from you, we will email you to make sure we have fully understood what you want to know, if anything is unclear.
We will also offer you a free online consultation to better understand what you and your family are looking for from a UK education provider.
Then we will confirm that the request for information has come from a parent/guardian, not a child (under 16). If this is unclear from the information provided, we will separately email the respondent and ask for a return email copying in a parent/guardian, or ask for added confirmation of the age of the respondent. If necessary, we will then verify the identity of the parent/guardian with a separate email requesting confirmation of this relationship before any further information is sought from the respondent and before any data is shared with any 3rd party (requested school/university). Also, all ongoing communications will be copied to the parent.
Following this, we will email the right person within the faculty office of the chosen University or Boarding school admissions department, you want to make contact with, and copy you on the email, so you can see your request has been actioned.
The chosen University or Boarding school will then seek your permission (EU regulations, relating to EU data subjects) to send you the information you have requested and will make you aware of their own data protection policies.
If you have given permission for the Boarding School or University to contact you (EU regulations, relating to EU data subjects) we will ensure you get a reply from the University or School of interest.
We will then follow up with you to make sure your questions have been answered and you feel able to move forwards with your planning.
We are happy to provide any further assistance we can offer at any stage of your application process to any UK educational institution featured on the site.

A Day in the life of…
Scarborough College is the family away from other family.’ Hope, Year 12
‘It is very easy to make friends here. the classrooms and the boarding
house is small and that’s what I am used to back home. The atmosphere is
very friendly. I love my boarding house because we are from so many
different countries and that’s a little bit like me.’ Joseph, Year 7
‘You’re not always at school. Sounds funny but because we don’t board on
school sit, you get to ho home and you get to walk away. The staff in the
house don’t talk about school so much, which is good. You just get to have
normal conversations. The boarding structure is good; the way in which we
mix prep time and activities. There’s a clear structure to the evening, so
that I can focus on school work.’ Riley, Year 10 and Head of House.
‘I am often asked why Scarborough College is described as a family.
There are a number of reasons why I feel we stand out. This year, we
have doubled the number of teachers involved in boarding, meaning we have a
1:4 ratio of teaching staff to children, ensuring that we
provide outstanding pastoral and academic support. We have also invested
over £4 million in our boarding houses and provide a beautiful home
where children can study, be with their friends, cook together and
take advantage of the evening activities. Boarding pupils have busy
weekends and are taken on trips at no extra cost; whether it is visiting
Harry Potter World, indoor ski trips or an ice cream at the seaside,
children will feel this is a home from home.’ Mr Emmett, Headmaster.
